Alkali Free Accelerators

Gecedral® F liquid accelerators have proven to be an ideal product for reliably and safely fixing and filling the tunnel cavity with shotcrete. Gecedral® F has a good adhesion, provides high strength in early curing, low splashing makes it possible to use at high speeds, reliable strength is obtained.

We also have Gecedral® P500 as a powder accelerator.

Alkaline Powder Accelerators

Gecedral® ABE, Gecedral® ABE-R are designed for all shotcrete applications where high early strength is required. It can be used in both wet spraying and dry spraying methods. Good spray consistency during spraying

Tunnel Wall Cavity Fillings

The tunnel wall gap mortar is applied to fill the annular space between the segmental lining and the rock in tunnel and underground constructions. This filling tunnel is required for the inner wall (segment) bearing. Our new Gecedral® RSM enables the tunneling machine to run at a speed independent of the curing speed. Economical Gecedral® RSM does not contain chloride and alkali.

Dust Preventive

Dust formation is a problem that can occur in the tunnel, in access roads outside the tunnel and in excavation piles. Pollination can be largely controlled by Ferrosolf® 9918, an effective powder binding agent. The powdery surfaces are stabilized with a polymer film. Dust can be deposited on the ground even during formation. This reduces maintenance costs for construction machinery. Ferrosolf® 9918 is safe and easy to use.

Soil Conditioning

In muddy soils where drilling equipment is used, the sludge must be very fluid in order to protect the screw conveyors of the tunnel machines and ensure easy transport of the sludge. Therefore, soil conditioning / sludge stabilization is necessary. Tests with our new eco-friendly product Ferrosolf® 700 show very good results.

Prevention / Cleaning of Lime and Deposit Formation in Tunnel Drainage

Siliphos® prevents the formation of sinter deposits in both return and non-return drainage systems. This reduces expensive maintenance work, reduces downtimes in the tunnel, and continues without hindering traffic.
