Static Sieve Filter
Static sieve is a kind of thin grid used in the physical treatment units of treatment plants. Static sieves do not have a drive mechanism, so the thin and coarse impurities in the wastewater can be treated up to 1000 microns without using electrical energy.
Static Sieves can be used in all facilities to separate solids from liquid. Waste water or solid waste flows into the waste bin by gravity, which then overflows onto a steeply sloping wedge surface of a distribution sluice unit. The liquid passes through the openings in the wedge wire to a drain pan, where solid waste is directed to the back-discharge line.
Advantages of static sieves; it does not need electrical energy, it is suitable for continuous use thanks to its non-clogging sieve structure, it is easy to install, it does not make noise during operation, it is easy to operate and repair and maintain.
